If we could do Christmas with everything except the gifts, it would be the best holiday ever. I love to look at lights and decorate. I love to make cookies and put gingerbread houses together with the girls; I love the family dinner and the music. But I hate having to plan the gifts every year. It's time consuming, money consuming and generally takes the joy out of every thing else for me. I feel next year we will be making some changes in our household. I want the actual spirit of Christmas to return here. Jesus, love, and generosity. That will be next year's theme. You know, I love Christmas.
