We have also been down the same road. Wanting to feel welcomed and ready to serve the Lord in a church. I researched online and we visited churches. We have prayed. Funny, in my research, it was brought to my attention...that no matter how hard I research and look-No church is perfect. We aren't perfect and only God is. My younger sister had been inviting us to her church, it just seemed out of the way. We would be passing literally 50 churches along the way. I learned alot from the simple lesson of trying to find the "perfect" church. I am not perfect, Church isn't perfect and God is never that far away. We really enjoy our morning family ride to her church we now call ours. So good to hear someone elses journey to find a church home. We have also been down the same road.
