FROM THE BACK: Jesus lived the abundant life. He showed us what eternal life, real life, looks like. He walked in complete freedom. Free from the control of worldly rules and opinions. He lived solely focused on fulfilling His unique purpose. And He says that we can do the same.
Life in Christ is a life of joy and adventure. At least that’s what it is supposed to be. That’s the life that Jesus stepped out of heaven to give us. He humbled himself and became a man due to His immense love for us. On earth, He willingly gave up His life so that you and I could become an integral part of His family. A royal family!
Jesus said that He came that we may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]. Is this the life you wake up to every morning? If you answered no, why not?
In faith, we stepped into an eternal exchange of all that He is for all that we were. Spiritually, everything changed. What will it take to pin the abundant life to the ground and step into it? To live the unadulterated life. But unadulterated from what, you may ask? The answer is, all that is not of God.
His presence dispels the darkness and causes His light to shine on us. His manifest presence changes everything. His overwhelming, life-changing presence is the answer to all of life’s difficulties.
“Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.” Ephesians 3:20 TPT
The truth is, through a passionate pursuit of the King and His Kingdom all that He promised can be found.
